Residential

The Residence is designed in levels creating varying volumes, around which the activities are shaped. Ambient approach created using open living spaces accompained by the staggering fashion of terraces.The exterior form is of using a simple composition of mild curves and monochrome shades.

Commercial Projects

The Weekend house designed in the queen of hill stations,Coonoor.the house was sited on the eastern slope of the mountain surrounded by thick cover of vegetation, the living spaces open into the framed views of the ghats and plains.Angular treatment to the elevated deck emphasises the main living hub of the house.

The design was executed with respect to the site edge, climate and in concern to the environment around.

Residential

The living spaces revolve around the main courtyard, flooding the entire house with natural lighting, thus minimising the use of artificial lighting during the day.A play of level is deployed in the design to offer easy access to all 3 levels of the built form .

Designed on three levels with main entrance from the second level which is well connected to other spaces thus assimilating an unique identity to the household.

Industrial Projects

The project is sustainable campus for a manufacturing company, the design was done on a vast scale.Unique angular roof structure serves to be the significant feature of the design to collect solar radiation for electricity production. Water recycling and rain water harvesting strengthen the sustainability.

The interiors are done with a maxima of natural lighting and ventilation with operable openings.The external facade stands apart among the existing scenario, thus being perciavable at a glance.
